Shenandoah Downs is a harness racetrack in Woodstock, Virginia. It opened in 2016, making it 10 years old in 2026. It races on a 1/2-mile harness oval with banked turns.

Its first pari-mutuel harness meet began September 10, 2016 on a renovated, widened half-mile fair track, and racing has grown from 10 to 28 days a year since.
